Agreement. By using www.akonnai.ai you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Informational content. Website content is for general information about AkonnAI services and Academy programs. It is not legal, regulatory, investment or professional advice. Engagement terms for paid work are set out in separate statements of work or contracts.
No unsupported claims. References to frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001 describe advisory, readiness and alignment support unless a formal accredited service is expressly contracted. AkonnAI is not presented as a certification body on this site.
Acceptable use. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or abusive content, or use automated means to scrape or spam forms.
Intellectual property. Site content, branding and materials are owned by Akonnai LLP or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for fair personal viewing of publicly available pages.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akonnai LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
